I never thought it smelled bad.  Of course over riped and spoiled durian in the heat smells bad but I think any fruit would in those cases.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eWhen I looked into the gcms data of the odor I noticed that it shared many common scent molecules as other fruits that people love but the scent is so concentrated that it scares people.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThis scent composition is kept simple to share the aspects I love about durian.  The sweetness, creaminess and unique tropical qualities.  This is my favorite fruit, and I’ve always wanted to highlight it in a scent.
