Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Shipping timelines may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is lost, damaged, delayed, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us so we can review the circumstances and assist with the appropriate next steps.

Any limitations of liability related to shipping are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All purchases are subject to Aromaerie's published Shipping & Returns Policy.

Our current general return window is 14 days from delivery or in-store purchase, subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions in that policy.

Certain products, including samples, discovery vials, gift cards, opened or used fragrances, sale merchandise, and designated final-sale collections, may not be eligible for return.

Please review our return requirements before purchasing, particularly when ordering limited-edition fragrances, samples, or other final-sale merchandise.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment processing, subject to our Cancellation Policy.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or tracking information has been assigned, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Custom and made-to-order products, including individually prepared fragrance samples, may not be eligible for cancellation.

9. Fragrance Samples and Discovery Products

Aromaerie offers fragrance samples, discovery products, and complimentary samples with qualifying purchases.

Sample availability, sizes, complimentary offers, and eligibility requirements may vary by product, brand, and promotion.

Certain fragrance houses may restrict the preparation or sale of custom decants. Aromaerie reserves the right to honor those restrictions.

Complimentary samples offered with qualifying purchases are subject to the applicable promotion and our published return policies.

Custom-prepared samples, discovery vials, and other designated sampling products are final sale except where otherwise required by law.

Aromaerie may limit sampling privileges in cases of suspected abuse, unauthorized resale, or repeated misuse of promotional offers.

10. Gift Cards, Promotions, and Rewards

From time to time, Aromaerie may offer gift cards, loyalty rewards, promotional discounts, gifts with purchase, or other special incentives.
